Delivery Fees

• Standard delivery across the UAE: 20 AED

• Western Region delivery: 45 AED

• FREE delivery on orders above 150 AED

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

• Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman): 1–3 business days Orders

• to the Western Region: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sales periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Joliera Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
